I’ve just finished reading the classic personal development book, ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’. It’s a book that I’ve wanted to read for a while and has some fantastic advice if you want to keep your dealings with other people as frictionless as possible while maintaining your own goals and direction.
While it’s an older book (first published in the 1930s), I thought it had some excellent parallels with how we should conduct ourselves on the social web.
